This is a question we get asked a lot. Where does the name come from?

The answer's pretty simple. It's a combination of 2 words:

1. Thar: Named after the Thar desert. Important that it was a desert, helps that it's also from India, as a reminder of where we started.
2. Asis: Taken from the word Oasis.

OK, so 2 random words, what does that mean now?

So much like how people look for an Oasis in the middle of a desert, we're the product that people have been longing for. We're that Oasis in the desert of society that we're all forced to exist in.
